Em n\u00e3o se manifestando e com uma eventual vit\u00f3ria de Maia na Casa, todas as vota\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas por ele poder\u00e3o ser nulas por conta da inseguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica&#8221;, explicou o parlamentar cearense.<\/p>\n<p>Este \u00e9 o segundo mandado de seguran\u00e7a apresentado por Andr\u00e9 \u00e0 presidente do STF, Carmen L\u00facia.
